•    Advising Oceana Capital Partners Limited (ASX listed) on its acquisition of Crimsafe.

•    Advising founder and sophisticated investors on the sale of a substantial Australia based online sales and marketing business to LivingSocial (now part of Groupon Inc.). 

•    Advising Corporación Energía Hidroeléctrica de Navarra S.A. (EHN), a leading multinational renewable energy corporation now part of the Acciona Group in Spain, in relation to its joint venture with Hydro Tasmania to build the first major wind farm in Australia. 

•    Advising shareholders in Neville Ward Direct, a leading Australian funds management business now part of Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group, in relation to the purchase and disposal of shares in, and corporate governance matters affecting, the company.

•    Advising Integrated Research Limited (ASX listed) on a technology licensing deal with Avaya Inc. (a global leader in enterprise communications systems).

•    Advising Guzman y Gomez (Holdings) Pty Limited, an Australian fast casual Mexican food chain, on shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring and commercial matters.

•    Advising Australian and foreign private equity funds in relation to their investments in European media marketing businesses and an Australian payments technology business.

•    Advising in relation to the corporate restructure of Committed Capital Limited, a London based private equity group.

•    Advising Committed Capital in relation to the structuring and setting up a private equity fund in Bermuda.

•    Advising Committed Capital in relation to the setting up an investment fund in Australia and its investment in a financial services business in Australia.

•    Advising Entertainment Media Ventures, a US venture capitalist, in relation to its equity and debt investments in an Australian technology business.

•    Advising wowcow Pty Limited, an Australian natural frozen yogurt business, on business structuring and joint venture arrangements in Australia and India.

•    Advising the Australian venture capital arm of the Dimension Data Group in relation to its investment in an Australia based speech recognition company.

•    Advising Telstra Corporation in relation to its acquisition of a provider of services to the payments and retail sectors.

•    Advising Telstra in relation to its equity investment in a digital certificates business.

•    Advising Allen & Buckeridge, an Australian venture capitalist, in relation to its disposal of a technology business.

•    Advising Commonwealth Development Corporation, a UK Government owned Fund, in relation to its investment in Kelvinator, a white goods manufacturer in South Africa.

•    Advising MIH Holdings, a South African based media company now part of the Naspers Group, in relation to its purchase of a television broadcaster in Greece and equity investments by Greek investors into the broadcaster which is now a leading pay-tv company in Greece.

•    Advising MIH Holdings in relation to its equity investment in International Broadcasting Corporation Public Company Limited (IBC), a pay television company listed in Thailand, as well as IBC's merger with UTV Cable Network (a pay television company listed in Thailand).

•    Advising in relation to the merger of Nethold BV, a Dutch pay television company, with Canal Plus.

•    Advising in relation to MIH Holdings’ equity investment in an Internet Service Provider in Thailand.

•    Advising a listed South African client in relation to its purchase of shares in Netherlands based mining company.
